Who is behind this website?

My website address is xumainelli.com, and this is a personal website where I, Xenia, like to store and collect my projects, artwork, photos, experiences, and other bits of information for myself, friends, and anyone else who might be interested.

What personal data does this website collect?

None!

This website does not ask for any of your personal information, nor does it currently facilitate leaving comments or uploading media. If you decide to use the contact form on the “Contact” page, the name that you enter, the email address, message, and any optional media, will be sent directly to my own email, and from there I can respond to your message over email (and not this website).

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: automattic.com/privacy. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles/pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

How long your data is retained

If you use the contact form, the details you entered are retained indefinitely.

What rights you have over your data

You can request to receive a copy of the information you have provided via the contact form, and this will be granted unless it has already been erased. You can also request that I erase any personal data I have about you, that was obtained by means of this website. This does not include any data I might be obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes (of which, there are currently none).
